You will be taught habit for healthy eating & consumption choices. Best Weigh Program is said to be safe and has been used to help thousands of obese people lose weight! Weight loss of 20 to 30 pounds is common during the first ten weeks! At the end of the 10wks you will have access to FREE follow-up and online maintenance.
