Description: Weight Management Ministry presents "Best Weigh." Every Monday night for 10 weeks, beginning June 22. You will be taught habit for healthy eating & consumption choices. Best Weigh Program is said to be safe and has been used to help thousands of obese people lose weight! Weight loss of 20 to 30 pounds is common during the first ten weeks!
At the end of the 10wks you will have access to FREE follow-up and online maintenance.
Emphasis is spiritual and utilizes Bible study, prayer, and small group dynamics. Focus is on weight loss and not church doctrines. Seminars are FREE!!!
