Renaming of Beckrich rd

Panama City Beach –  Beckrich Road was renamed today to Richard Jackson Boulevard, in honor of long time Panama City Beach Manager Richard Jackson,  Beckrich Rd improvement was finished earlier this month .  Improvements included moving overhead utilities underground, sidewalks, raised meadiams and landscaping.
